Our stay was good enough. Was a good value for money we paid. The location was great. The bar staff was friendly and very polite.

Super stay at Sa Coma!

Food and drinks superb! Very friendly staff. The hotel is close to Sa Coma beach and local community. The pool area is really nice. I would defnetely stay it again.

Beds are a bit unconfortable and we could benefit of more pillows.

Good location with lots of options of cold and hot food choices in the restaurant.

The breakfast had lots of different varieties, cold, hot and fruit choices

Bathrooms just a little bit of a make over needed but ok and good enough.

Great location, good food and nice staff

The meals were good and varied. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great - the nearest beach is 5 minutes away (walking) and there is a lot of commerce nearby. Having a swimming pool for small children is very nice when you travel with kids.

All the common areas (dining room, lifts, etc.) are too small for the number of guests. Finding a table to have a meal was not easy for us, as we were a family of four with a baby stroller. The bed and pillows were ok, but could be more comfortable. Also, cleaning could be better.

Nice but very loud

Location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to the Sa Coma beach (and the same to the S´illot beach). Really great and helpful staff (very nice receptionists, cleaners, kitchen staff), clean room, nice seaview. Food was very good although sometimes kind of many times the same. Parking nearby was cool and free.

Very, very, very loud accommodation. Every single evening during the whole week very loud music (till 11 pm) was especially with small child annoying. We could not spent any evening on the balcony (but you hear the noise inside as well). Opposit hotel was exactly the same, so they were overlapping. There was no silence during the day as well. This spoiled the experience of the otherwise pleasant hotel. + Very poor paid wifi.

Nice hotel in very convenient place, clean room, pleasant and helpful personnel. The food is OK even if a lot of similar to fast food stuff.

Excellent hotel with friendly, fun staff!

The food was good and had a good variety. Breakfast however could have been better with no sausages and the bacon being not great but there was a great selection of cold meats and salad at each meal. Our view was amazing! The room was immaculate with the cleaner giving the room a “proper” clean every day. The staff were excellent, very friendly and great fun! This was our first all inclusive holiday and were very impressed by our stay here and would definitely return. The hotel had a lot of German and French residents so there were not many other English speakers to talk to but apart from that it was great!

The cooked breakfast couldve been better but apart from that I have no complaints

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable with a nice view over the sea, great location, directly on the sea shore and promenade

The choice of food and drinks was correct, but the food could be tastier, it tasted somehow industrial, like in a cantine. No soap in the bathroom (room). Not always possible to park the car (not enough parking spaces) Noise and the entertainment program. It seemed to me like there was some kind of competition between this and the neighbouring hotel, which one would be louder and make more noise. With the loud, overlapping sounds from both hotels, no one could really hear anything any more. The loud noise lasted until quite late, 23.20. I understand well that it is summer and holiday season, but in my opinion, that kind of noise was totally unnecessary and annoying.

The property was lovely, well kept and clean. The pool was a good size with ample sunbeds, the lobby was spacious and so was the dining area

Not as good as it used to be

The location is great. The staff really good and we liked the help yourself to beer, wines and soft drinks, the only queuing was for hot drinks, spirits and cocktails.

This was our 5th time at this hotel and things have gone downhill a bit. The animation was perhaps one of the worst I've seen, 2 young women who sounded like they didn't want to be there. Some of the food wasn't nearly as good as in the past. The food exception was the calamari, I've never tasted it cooked so perfect.

Perfect location, clean rooms, great staff.

The staff were fabulous and friendly, they were more than happy to help us. Room spacious and clean with air conditioning. Amazing location next to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars close by. We will definitely be back.

Buffet food wasn’t great but we prefer to eat out anyway.

I like location and facilities but the staff cleaners didn't clean the room properly.

I wasn't happy with room cleaner because they didn't clean the floor or sweep the floor at all for the 5 nights. They just changed the bin and the towel. A part from this everything else fine.
